R.S College of Education was established in the 2007 by Kathua Educational Society, Kathua a registered society . The Society has taken the responsibility and has made a sole - motto of disseminating knowledge and information , imparting education , bringing about social and cultural awakening , paving the way for scientific and technological advancement R.S College of Education so established by the society vide Govt. Order no. 143/HE of 2007 Dated 19-07-2007 and is affiliated with the University of Jammu vide University Order No. CDC/2007/690-700 Dated 09-10-2007 . The College is imparting instructions to the students for bachelor of Education Course
